So nice to hear from you again,
You were my favourite illusion.
I have a lot to say, but it seems like a waste of a day.

I’ve kind of started to like the real world,
People who really make my days,
Care about me 24,7
And you’re not doing that.

Illusion’s just fine, but I don’t need it now.
I just need flesh and blood,
To hold, love me, touch me, care for me
Illusion’s just fine for a calm starry night,
But the daylight is saying,
"You need to touch the ground and move ahead"

Felt so simple to be there,
With you, the whole planet was my home.
No fences, no walls, no clocks to tick tock my joys away.
And every stone was a 5 star hotel,
And every field felt like a long lost friend,
Inviting us for a treat, like we’re welcomed anywhere.

Now could it be some cosmic joke,
That put 2 of us together,
Or timing was just wrong,
I guess there’s some point to it all.
Anyhow I’ll always remember what a friendly place this world can be,
But I have to make it, my own reality...
